Guns N’ Roses To Perform with “Snoop Dogg” At Superbowl ?
The “Drop it like its hot” rapper has confirmed to perform with Guns N’ Roses at the three night waterfront event , kicking off on Thursday , January 30th. The unlikely combination of Guns N’ Roses and SNOOP DOGG will come together for the bud light Super Bowl Music Fest on January 31st. The announcement was made on Instagram , where the group wrote “Miami, We’re bringing @snoopdogg as our special guest to the Super Bowl Music Fest. See you on 1.31 #SuperBowlMusicFEST”.
Guns N’ Roses are on their “Not in This Lifetime” tour which began almost four years ago has become the third highest grossing tour in the Billboard Boxscore! Launched in 2016. “Not in This Lifetime” features lineup members Slash, Duff , Axl Rose backed by guitarist Richard Fortus and keyboardist Dizzy Reed!
Around 70 people travel with the tour to ensure smooth logistics! Including local workers and truck drivers then numbers have reportedly soared to 500 according to the group!The band is working on some fresh tracks for their new studio album , the first under the GUNS banners since 2008’s “Chinese Democracy” and the first to feature Rose and Slash since 1993 !
On the first night of the music fest , concertgoers will witness some of the biggest hip-hop performers including , Meek Mill , Maroon 5 , DJ Khaled and Dan + Shay! Guns N’ Roses will be headlining the festival along with a special performance by Snoop Dogg.
The co-executive producer of the Super Bowl Music Fest , Amit Dhawan said that ” The Super Bowl is America’s biggest cultural moment and attracts people from a variety of different worlds! We hope the music fest caters to the taste of all the attendees this year!”
Snoop Dogg fans are collectively losing their minds over the line up and at the collaboration of their idol with the age old rock band Guns N’ Roses. Snoop Dogg has also teamed up with Dunkin Doughnuts to introduce Glazed doughnut Sandwich for breakfast! Well we can’t wait to see what wild collabs will show up this new year!
