Jason Momoa recently joined the hosts of the SmartLess podcast from London to talk about his new Apple TV+ series, 'Chief of War', though most of the conversation quickly turned into a proud father moment. During a conversation with Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes, Jason Momoa shared that his son has a strong background in martial arts and has always been interested in acting. Jason Momoa admitted that he had always been hesitant about letting Wolf pursue a professional acting career, allowing only local school plays in Topanga Canyon. He emphasised that working on major Hollywood sets can be extremely demanding, especially when it comes to long rehearsals and heavy stunt work.

Everything changed when producer Cale Boyter noticed Wolf and believed he had real on-screen potential. Shortly after, Wolf was cast as Leto II, one of the twin children of Timothée Chalamet’s and Zendaya’s characters in 'Dune: Part Three'. Momoa explained how fast life shifted — from attending the 'Chief of War' premiere in Hawaii to immediately flying to Budapest so his son could start filming.
